Production follows a consolidated Quality Control scheme which, starting from the verification of the materials used, guarantees full traceability throughout the entire manufacturing chain. In addition, systematic inspections are carried out during fabrication to ensure the correctness of the entire process. (ISO 9001 certified since 1995, among the first in the sector.)
We are certified by BUREAU VERITAS in accordance with UNI EN 3834-2:2006 (Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials), in compliance with Ministerial Decree 14/01/2008.
We have obtained certification as a Transformation Center, in compliance with Ministerial Decree of 14 January 2008 "Technical Standards for Construction", qualifying as: WORKSHOP FOR THE PRODUCTION OF STEEL STRUCTURES. We are therefore listed among the Transformation Centers in the register of the Superior Council of Public Works, authorized to produce structural elements directly usable on site, ready for installation or for further processing.

All our personnel are adequately trained and qualified for their respective roles. In particular, all welders are qualified according to EN 287 and operate in compliance with MIG continuous wire welding procedures in accordance with UNI EN 288/3-1993 and EN 15614, also certified and qualified by BUREAU VERITAS.
With a view to continuous improvement, we undertook certification according to UNI EN 1090-1:2011 for the execution of steel structures with BUREAU VERITAS two years in advance of the mandatory legal deadline set for 2014. We are therefore able to supply certified products compliant with CE marking.
Prototyping
For more complex projects, we offer our Clients the opportunity to produce a prototype of the product, which is carefully analysed and verified in every detail in order to precisely define all its characteristics and ensure full customer satisfaction.
